I work with people struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or health concerns. You want to feel better and it’s my goal to empower you to be happier, healthier, and more successful. I’ll help you improve relationships or heal from breakups, learn effective ways of communicating, develop boundaries, and better cope with feelings. I will listen to you, without judgment. But I don’t just sit back and listen. I provide valuable feedback and dialogue to help you solve problems and develop solutions.
I believe you’re the expert on you and together we’ll work to improve your life and achieve your goals. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression. I have experience helping people make changes to improve their health and wellness, including maintaining a healthy diet and weight, finding ways to exercise, decreasing pain, and improving sleep.
I consider therapy an art and combine strength-based theories of solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and family systems.
