I specialize in treatment of complex trauma and PTSD. I am passionate about helping my clients overcome the negative effects of stress and traumatic experiences. My training includes EMDR, hypnosis, traumatic incident reduction, adoption competency, child-parent psychotherapy, and I am a level 2 certified clinical trauma specialist.
I became interested in how trauma affects children and adults early in my career, while working in the foster care and child welfare system as a case manager and therapist. In my current practice I treat adults, children, adolescents, and families. I love being a counselor and feel honored to partner with my clients and witness their recovery.
