I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the states of NY and CT with over 20 years of clinical experience, specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy & CBT for adults with trauma related stress, PTSD, Anxiety, stress related ailments, & depressive disorders. I also offer Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, as a Certified Facilitator (TCTSY-F 300).

I offer both short term and long-term individual psychotherapy & Trauma Sensitive Yoga via telehealth as an out of network provider.
