I'm a social worker by training, and I specialize in the treatment of trauma and abuse. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing on varied evidence-based modalities. Some approaches include Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
