I often share about the importance of being gentle with yourself. Taking the step to work towards a journey of healing is very brave. I am often amazed with the strength and willingness of those who have invited me into their space to join their journey of healing. Change is possible and I am honored to be part of the process. My therapeutic style is very much client centere where we will work collaboratively to address your goals. My goal is to provide a therapeutic space that promotes wellness, kindness and authenticity.
My background consists of working with children, adolescents and adults. I am certified in TF - CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I am also certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
