Over the past 14 years I have put together a unique system of problem solving and planning called "Growing The Whole Way". This system teaches how to think bigger and work with the mind, body, and spirit for better results in making change. It also supports taking care of yourself in the process. My workbook includes key concepts and practical strategies to help with motivation, organization, and meaningful planning. It also teaches efficiency along with follow through and self development. Once complete this book can become a personalized reference outside of session time. This system can also be used again for future goals.
I provide coaching and counseling services. In all that I do, I strive to provide support, coping strategies, and creative solutions by using the science of psychology along with a holistic philosophy.
Learning to see yourself fully can help you realize and work with the resources that your mind and body already have. It can also help to cope better with circumstances as they come up. Change is not easy, but with support it is possible to move forward in a meaningful way.
