Treatment is not a recipe book with directives, but rather a collaborative effort to help you overcome any hurdles you are facing and move toward a happier and more fulfilling life. Change often comes in our most distressing moments, but can bring joy and happiness to our futures!
I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and consider these behaviors profound coping strategies implemented during times of crisis. Eating Disordered Behaviors however, quickly begin to create their own set of problems often compounding individual distress. I work compassionately and patiently with my clients to resolve these issues.
I have worked with adolescents and young adults for many years and have a clear understanding of issues related to autonomy, personal power and a desire for independence.
