I see children, adolescents, and emerging young adults. Clients I see face challenges including but not limited to anxiety, bedwetting, self-esteem issues, identity exploration, or difficulties in social relationships. I provide a safe and supportive space where my clients and their parents can express themselves, find acceptance, and work toward success. Through the therapeutic process, we develop coping strategies for improving communication skills, fostering self-acceptance, achieving overall emotional well-being, and an overall more cohesive family system. For children, I specialize in child-centered play therapy, utilizing a
full playroom to facilitate self-expression and healing. As part of my process of working with your child, I work with you as the parent or caregiver to help you learn the skills you need to help with your child’s unique obstacles and struggles. For adolescents and emerging young adults, I use elements of executive function skills along with incorporating
evidence-based techniques such as CBT and a strengths-based approach. My goal is to create a warm and non-judgmental environment where my clients feel heard, validated, and supported.
