Experienced in areas of anxiety, depression, developmental/relational trauma, life transitions, academic/career related concerns and interpersonal relationships, I help my clients deepen their understanding of themselves, navigate difficult life experiences and develop helpful strategies in order to lead more fulfilling lives. I assist my clients in learning about how the past informs the present in order to establish a new future for themselves. I welcome you and affirm all your identities.
I bring a person-centered, relational approach, focusing on a partnership of respect and connection. Informed by psychodynamic theories, NARM and polyvagal theory I value the knowledge our nervous system provides us and engage my clients in mindful, somatic focused, insight-oriented self-exploration as I integrate ACT and CBT.
