My passion has always been working with adolescents and young adults who are dealing with life's challenges in the form of mood struggles, relationship challenges, life transitions, and substance abuse. If you haven't really been feeling like "you" lately and have struggled with any of these things, we can work together to begin to process these emotions and build the skills to manage them in a more comfortable way. I believe that you have capabilities and strengths within you that we can draw out and build on in order to help you move forward.
My specialties include working with adolescents and young adults, typically ages 16-25. I can help to build coping skills to manage struggles like depression, anxiety, and relationship or family challenges. I welcome individuals from any background and approach with cultural sensitivity.
