Personal trauma, anxiety, depression & sexual issues are obstacles in the way of living a fulfilled life. It takes a great deal of courage to seek help and doing so is the first step toward change. I believe that a strong and genuine therapeutic relationship is the key to successful treatment. Through getting to know you and understanding things from your perspective, I tailor treatment and interventions to meet your individual concerns, challenges, strengths and goals.
A large part of my practice focuses on adolescents. Being a tween, teenager, or young adult is difficult, for everyone! Guiding our next generation on self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and the 'now what?' of life is where I meet these clients. I also have focused work with adoptees of all ages.
Discovering our story, creating our story, and fulfilling our story is important for everyone! I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I specialize in partners of sexual infidelity, as well as sexual trauma, and offer online coaching to partners of betrayal all over the world as well as in office sessions.
