I work with women who are single + dating, in a relationship or heartbroken. I help women overcome heartbreak, break toxic dating cycles and choose healthier relationships. Through our work together, I will also help you become the highest version of yourself by getting you to fall madly in love with yourself and your own life! I am also trained in EMDR.

Making the choice to start therapy can be intimidating, anxiety producing and scary. My modern and relatable style makes this process smooth and you will feel at ease with me.
