My name is Lauren Victoria, and I am a psychotherapist and energy worker who is passionate about mental health, holistic wellness, and spirituality. I work with adults (21+) dealing with anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions. My approach is insight-oriented and strengths-based; rooted largely in Psychodynamic and Cognitive-Behavioral theories. I also love incorporating ancient and new age spirituality in my practice.
My treatment tends to incorporate four major pillars: 1) education on healthy coping skills, 2) trauma-informed psychoeducation and nervous system regulation, 3) introspection of the subconscious mind, and 4) behavioral activation towards self-actualization.
