My approach to therapy is rooted in trauma informed care while being tailored to fit the unique needs of each individual. I utilized Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness based practices. I am also trained in EMDR and NeuroEmotional Technique.
