I specialize in working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, or are navigating challenging life transitions and tumultuous relationships.
Therapy doesn't look the same for everyone and I tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of each person. I am EMDR trained and incorporate somatic and mindfulness-based practices, along with elements of Internal Family Systems. As an LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming provider, I aim to create a safe and inclusive space.
