With 19 years of experience as a social worker, over half of which has been in therapy, I truly love my work and feel honored to be part of my clients' lives. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space, and my down-to-earth approach helps clients feel at ease. I particularly enjoy working with women, helping them reconnect with themselves and feel empowered to heal and grow.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I offer understanding and insight into how trauma affects our bodies and lives. In our sessions, you have full control over your therapy journey. This means you set your own goals, choose coping strategies that feel right for you, and decide what you’re comfortable sharing. My role is to support you with compassion and respect
