In working with people in transition, I’ll first teach you mindfulness skills in order to reconnect with your body, mind, & soul. As we progress, I’ll work with you to identify maladaptive patterns & mindsets in order to work towards a more mindful & authentic quality of life.
My therapeutic approach is one of collaboration, trust, and respect. As a team, we’ll address and overcome the barriers blocking you from living the life you deserve. In our work together, I will never insist I know the best way, but rather walk beside you, providing support and care while you discover your own true path to fulfillment.
