I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing outpatient therapy in-person and virtually. I entered this profession with my own trauma history that has informed my therapeutic approach, so I strive to create a space where others can share their experiences. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults living with trauma, anxiety, depression, and family relationship problems. Outside of the therapy office, I have experience working with adolescents, families, and older adults within the child/adult welfare systems, as well as with family members of individuals battling addiction.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, meaning I'm passionate about creating a safe space for clients that exhibits unconditional validation, empathy, and understanding (and humor, when needed).
In therapy, we will start wherever you're most comfortable (whether that's reprocessing past trauma, sharing relatable TikToks, or playing UNO until you're ready to delve deeper).
