In our life we come across certain challenges and sometimes we need a little guidance getting back on the right path. I am a compassionate LCSW with 14 years of experience working with various populations in both hospital and outpatient mental health settings. I currently offer individual therapy to adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions. I also completed specialized training and am certified in treating prenatal and postpartum depression/anxiety. I love helping new moms and families navigate their journey to parenthood and beyond.
In working with me you will be provided a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore and process your struggles, emotions and learn appropriate tools for coping. I know taking this first step can be scary, but I am glad you are here and looking forward to helping you.
