Currently accepting evening and weekend clients! Hello- my name is Lauren Robinson, and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a solution-focused, trauma-informed and strengths based mental health practitioner, looking to support my clients in an approachable and supportive way. I know life can throw us curve-balls from time to time, and I want to be there to support and guide my clients and their families in whatever ways possible. I am currently accepting new clients in Oklahoma and Missouri. I am so glad our paths have crossed!
A few of my approaches include- Solutions-focused, Strengths-based, trauma informed and emotionally focused therapy. I believe at my core, I am a client centered therapist, because I know each person is different. I use humor and positive/affirming approaches to help my clients feel safe and comfortable in each session to share whatever they feel necessary.
My main goal is that my clients leave each session feeling heard, supported and lighter leaving a session with me. I am also one for setting goals, structure and actions steps if needed. At the end of the day, my goal is for each client to leave feeling better then they did when entering session- not matter the issue.
