I work with individual, couples and families to gain deeper insight and awareness. My approach to therapy is diverse and individualized to best meet the needs of each person. My approach to therapy is similar to my approach to life — straightforward and compassionate. My strength lies in creating a safe environment where you can explore underlying patterns and insecurities and begin to live out of a place of healing.
I am trained in EMDR as a tool to more deeply access and heal trauma. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy and attachment theory. In addition, I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy strategies, existential therapy, solution-focused approaches, and trauma work.
