I am a clinical psychologist at Massachusetts General Hospital and an instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. In my private practice, I offer expertise in posttraumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, mood disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders. I employ a collaborative approach with each client, and provide empirically supported treatments to help them reach their goals.
I received my Masters and PhD in Clinical Psychology from Boston University, where I trained at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD) and the Bipolar Clinic at Massachusetts General Hospital, and completed my fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
My expertise is in trauma and eating disorders, anxiety disorders including Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I have training in mood disorders including Major Depressive Disorder and Bipolar Disorder, as well as co-occurring substance use. I use evidence based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy and integrative dynamic therapy.
