I enjoy working with clients who are looking to belong as themselves and experience their lives more fully in the present, coming in with diverse identities and neurotypes (LGBTQIA2S+, Autism and ADHD). In sessions we will work together to build a safe relational context for growing and exploring your relationship with your whole self. We might use expressive arts therapy like visual and tactile arts, somatic based approaches like EMDR, yoga, meditation, breathwork, movement and dance, or use more cognitive strategies for problem solving and developing new ways of thinking and engaging your strengths.
I have training and experience providing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma informed therapy, neurodiversity affirming therapy and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming therapy, and racial and social justice informed therapy. I have been teaching dance and movement arts for over 10 years and am a trained guide for nature and forest therapy.
