I am grateful to serve teens and adults in NJ and NY who are experiencing life and adjustment challenges, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem/self worth challenges and who've experienced relational/familial trauma.
My therapeutic style is non-judgmental and collaborative. I utilize a trauma informed and holistic approach that intentionally nurtures the whole self - mind, body and soul. You will walk away with not only a deeper understanding of self, but with an abundant toolbox filled with coping skills and strategies to maintain the positive changes and growth made.
Sessions together will look like a supportive and empathetic partnership that fosters safety, authenticity, laughter, learning, healing and growth. Together we will unpack past experiences, explore related thoughts/feelings and create the pathway to the version of you that you are most proud of.
