Are you feeling sad or anxious? Maybe you’re grappling with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, trauma, or depression? I am a therapist who really listens and cares. Clients come to see me to help in finding different ways to cope with whatever may be going on. I truly love working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I work with clients of all cultures and ages and my approach to therapy is personalized and client centered. I have specialized training in Exposure Response Prevention used to treat OCD, as well as DBT, and CBT.
I work with children 10 and up, individuals, couples, and families and and have specialized training working with children and parents through play therapy. I also have extensive experience working with OCD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring mental health and substance abuse.
