I use an eclectic approach grounded in relational, psychoanalytic theory. I offer a personalized approach tailored to each person’s needs, interests, and goals which may include short term, skills -based training and/ or a more depth- oriented treatment that gets to the core of the problem with the aim toward lasting change.
I have over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families. Specialty areas in which I have training and experience include: • College students • Individuals with developmental disabilities and family members • Supervision and therapy for Psychology / Social Work students and mental health professionals.
In a safe and supportive atmosphere, I help individuals reflect on their thoughts, feelings and experiences.
