What Now? A Healing Grief Support Group
"What Now?" Is a virtual psycho-education and support group for those healing from the death of a loved one. For 10 weeks you will learn how to plan for the unexpected, redefine your role/purpose, manage difficult thoughts and feelings, and experience non-judgemental support from those who truly understand. This will be a closed group requiring one initial intake individual session, and one terminating individual session. Insurance can be utilized for the intake and terminating sessions, but not the 10-week cycle.

Reclaiming What's Mine
"Reclaiming What's Mine" is a virtual psycho-education and group therapy for women who have survived sexual trauma or exploitation. For 12 weeks you will learn to restructure harmful beliefs, regulate your bodies, define & increase felt safety, and restructure harmful beliefs that no longer serve you. This group does not replace individual counseling, and all participants are encouraged to have their own therapist or have completed trauma-focused counseling of some kind. In addition to the 12 weeks each participant is responsible for an individual intake assessment and an individual terminating session.

Welcome! If you are reading this then you have a loved-one who is in active addiction or beginning recovery. Friends & Family is a psycho-education group, and support group, for those experiencing the collateral damage of loving someone with addiction. For 10 weeks you will become more knowledge about addiction, understanding your own recovery, and learning skills that prioritize your health and wellness. If you are interested, please schedule an initial intake session to determine if this group is the best fit for you. This is a virtual group slated to begin once participants have been approved.
