Therapy is for everyone. At some point in their life, most people find themselves in need of a little extra support...someone to listen without judgement, a space to process, and a non-judgmental relationship that can help them find their own answers. My goal as a therapist is to help create a warm, inviting environment where my clients feel comfortable and welcomed. My style is genuine and real. I believe that good therapy is a balance of building a warm, trusting relationship and acquiring practical skills for application.
I have over 18 years of experience working with anxiety, depression, traumatic events, difficult relationships, spirituality, grief and loss, and the mind/body connection. I work with children (12+) and adolescents, college students, young adults, and women with a particular emphasis in the challenges of motherhood, relationships, and prior trauma.
It takes both courage and vulnerability to care for yourself and change can be intimidating, but exciting. My role is both supporter and challenger. I will work hard alongside you to reach your goals. Together, we'll find the balance between acceptance and change that will lead to the healing you envision.
