As a couple and family therapist, I have had the privilege of listening to clients' stories and witnessing change happen in the room. I believe people possess inherent strengths that give them the ability to successfully overcome their toughest struggles. I also recognize the strength and courage it takes to reach out for help; that's why I work from a collaborative and strength-based approach. My clinical interests include couples conflict, premarital counseling, sex therapy, and exploring gender and sexuality. My qualifications include a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University and a Certificate in Sexual Health with Sex Therapy training from The University of Michigan.
I also have experience in career counseling and enjoy working with emerging adults who are navigating higher education and their professional development.
