I promote mindfulness, art therapy, mind-body connection, and cognitive behavioral change. From there, we can collaborate to work toward your goals and find a more fulfilling way to live.
I have experience working with teens to adults across a spectrum of issues, including substance use, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, chronic illness, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions.
The decision to start therapy means you're ready for something to be different. That can be scary, especially when doing so means talking to a stranger.
