Connecting with your inner compass does not have to be an abstract concept. When you've survived difficult circumstances - learning trust your body's messages is challenging - but also how you can cultivate clarity in relationships, jobs, and everyday decisions. Somatic therapy offers the opportunity to bring awareness and compassion to your nervous system's response to your environment and integrate a greater sense of safety. From this place, your own wisdom becomes easier to hear and follow.

I use a variety of somatic modalities and Internal Family Systems to create a bridge between what you "think" and what you "sense." This might look like pausing to notice your body's cues mid-story, to see if what you're saying is still "true." In doing this, self-trust becomes an embodied practice of connecting your thoughts and feelings.

Listening to your body’s wisdom is re-learning how to trust yourself. This skills group is for those interested in practicing how to quiet the mind for greater connection to one’s intuition. Weekly sessions will include psychoeducation using somatic and IFS ("parts work") content so that you have tools to work through anxiety, depression, and patterned reactions. We will not process trauma histories as a group but rather will create space for quiet revelations. Wednesdays @ 12-1:15p // online $50-75/session // 6-10 participants // open enrollment
