Free Yourself: Somatic-IFS Skills Group
Listening to your body’s wisdom is re-learning how to trust yourself. This skills group is for those interested in practicing how to quiet the mind for greater connection to one’s intuition. Weekly sessions will include psychoeducation using somatic and IFS ("parts work") content so that you have tools to work through anxiety, depression, and patterned reactions. We will not process trauma histories as a group but rather will create space for quiet revelations. Wednesdays @ 12-1:15p // online $50-75/session // 6-10 participants // open enrollment

Grief as Transformation
Grief has the power to bring us closer to what matters in our lives and create room for something new to grow. This group is for those that are experiencing grief related to a loss of a loved one, of good health, of a relationship, or a deeply held identity. We will share stories, learn somatic skills for self-regulation, and cultivate creative practices that support moving through difficult times. 5-8 participants // 8 weeks: November 29 - Jan 24
