Practical tools all based on my extensive professional training in holistic health, natural nutrition, body-mind therapies, meditation, etc.-specifically to support individuals, couples, and families.

Our psycho-biology woven with our narrative allows us to feel courage and create successful relationships. (Polyvagal Theory & Interpersonal Neurobiology). I am a specialist 1800-GAMBLER (since 2011). I bring professional experience from entertainment, certified teaching, in birth (doula), bodywork. integrative wellness, ADHD as well as parent coaching.

With colleagues, I co-founded the non-profit Global Association for Interpersonal Neurobiology Studies under the encouragement of Daniel J. Siegel MD. I served as the president of GAINS (2005-2011) and treasurer (2011-present). UCLA B.A. and Antioch University M.A.
