I believe I can provide that safe and comfortable space for you to explore your fears, challenge your negative thoughts, and help you to resolve your inner struggles in order to find the newest version of yourself. Therapy not a one size fits all approach. My education, training, and experience offers me the flexibility to adjust my style to accommodate your specific needs.
I am a LCMHC who graduated from the University of Iowa in 2017. My background is in community mental health. My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and solution focused. I believe life is too short to allow trauma, anxiety, or depression to control us, or break us down. I want to help you become free from those barriers, and fully enjoy life!
