My goal is to provide a safe space to explore many of the questions and feelings you maybe having about yourself all while gaining increased self-esteem and comfort. Outside of the rainbow tribe, I hold 10 years of experience working with mental health including bi-polar, schizophrenia, depression, and anxiety.
I am here to offer a safe space to discuss many of the items people continue to view as tabu. I also want to be apart of your journey in healing and understanding yourself. I am a CBT focused therapist who engages in a solutions focused treatment with a hint of humor.
Finding a therapist who understands the rainbow journey can be a challenge and often times leaves someone feeling even more misunderstood and confused. I look to limit that confusion and help to clear the air on some of the concerns you maybe facing. I also have a high level of comfort with the kink/alt life style.
