I would like to first acknowledge the strength and courage it takes to link with therapy. I truly enjoy the opportunity to meet new individuals and help them along their journey. I view being a therapist is an honor and a privilege, as it allows me to help others achieve their goals. It really is about finding the “right fit”, in both comfort, as well as areas of expertise. My focus is to help individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life stressors, relationship struggles, as well as difficult transitions in life.
My areas of expertise include working with OCD/Anxiety Disorders, mood disorders, as well as couples therapy. For OCD treatment I have extensive training through IOCDF, the Behavior Therapy and Training Institute. For Couples therapy, I have completed training with the ICEEFT, and also have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Postpartum Support Group
This weekly group is to offer support to moms on their postpartum journey. This can include those struggling with depression, anxiety, as well as those navigating transition to motherhood and in need of support. All topics are welcome for discussion.
