In my practice, I focus on the client and the goals they want to achieve. You will find that I am empathetic, encouraging, non-judgmental and respectful. I’m also very down to earth and feel that counseling is nothing to be afraid of! The gift of self discovery is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. My hope is that the therapeutic journey will lead you toward being the best version of yourself. It is my intention to empower you in your growth process to the degree that you are capable of facing life’s challenges in the future without me.
I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Narrative Therapy. I specialize in helping clients navigate transitional life stages such as: graduating high school/college, a new relationship, moving to a new city, divorce, coping with loss, new baby and many scenarios that may require support.

7 Weeks of Self-Discovery (Virtual Group Therapy)
Join me for a 7 session virtual group geared toward empowering women ages 25-40 to create a fulfilled and purposeful life. In a small group setting you will learn how to check in with yourself in a non-judgmental way and discover new coping skills to help manage your life. Topics covered include: setting and maintaining boundaries, the mind-body connection, how to make time for hobbies, identifying support systems, self compassion and more!
