I utilize an eclectic approach when working with my clients, tailoring my techniques to fit with each client’s unique needs. Primarily, my work is grounded in strengths-based approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. I place a strong emphasis on therapy being a collaborative space where my clients and I work together to achieve the goals that have been identified by the client. No matter what you’re going through, my intention is to walk alongside you and help you feel validated and supported on your journey towards inner peace and growth.
I enjoy working in both individual and group settings with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, suicidality, relationship concerns, family conflict, and life transitions. Additionally, I am experienced in working with individuals with autism and special needs.
I have provided psychoeducation and presentations to large groups of teens and young adults, emphasizing the importance of healthy relationships and boundaries, in addition to the warning signs of dating violence. I am passionate about advocating for survivors of domestic violence/intimate partner violence.
