Every human being deserves to feel loved, connected, and validated. Therapy can help you build a better relationship with yourself and others. If you ever feel like your emotions are in the driver seat and you’re along for the ride, you’re not alone. Therapy can help you learn to navigate emotions more effectively. My goal is to provide a safe space to give you the skills to cope through life’s stressors, build self awareness and process through past experiences that may be impacting you currently.
I work with young adults and adolescents. I specialize in concerns relating to trauma, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, and life transitions. I believe in trauma informed, evidence based, and gender affirming care. I am trained in somatic therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
I believe therapy to be a collaborative process where we work alongside each other to reach your goals. If you feel like I may be a good fit to help along your healing journey, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
