I love working with clients who are ready to see a transformation in their lives- whether that be in their relationships, mindset, or behaviors! I specialize in teenagers, adults, and marriage counseling. My goal as a therapist is to build excellent rapport through compassion and empathy to ensure safety and trust. I understand being vulnerable can be scary, but with a healthy client and therapeutic relationship, one can begin to heal safely from trauma, learn proper emotional regulation, and make everlasting positive changes! I can help you do this through modalities such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help those with complex trauma or those who are just looking to help relieve negative sensations in their bodies.
Growing up and living most of my life in the suburbs of New York City has helped me acquire different therapeutic lenses for a wide range of diverse clients.
