I assist my clients in developing healthy relationships, a sense of meaning, purpose & accomplishment. I use evidence based strategies drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness.
I am a licensed graduate professional counselor who has worked with Montgomery County Public Schools over the past ten years, and has now decided to join the private sector to continue empowering individuals to be their best selves.
