I'm so glad you're here! My name is Lauren and I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating various stages of parenthood and your children too! You could be thinking of starting a family, in the throes of early postpartum or you could be a parent of an older child, dealing with intense child behavior. There are so many complex experiences that come with parenthood! You (or your child) may be navigating a life challenge that has started to feel like too much. Together, we can work to reduce stress and anxiety and build more enjoyment and confidence into your life as a parent.

I offer support to clients who are struggling with anxiety and stress, parenting/family life, and childhood mental health concerns. I use trauma-informed and culturally sensitive interventions such as EMDR, CBT, PCIT, MBSR, and Exposure. My style is warm, inquisitive, and empowering. In session, I might use humor and will prioritize diving deep.
