I also work with those experiencing depression and mood concerns, anxiety, relational difficulties, family dysfunction, significant stress, ADHD and chronic health challenges
I am also a clinical nutritionist specializing in integrative nutrition and a health and wellness coach who takes a whole person strengths-based approach. In addition to extensive education in working with eating disorders,I have had significant training in mindfulness, CBT,Motivational Interviewing, self-hypnosis, and personality type.
