I am a marriage and family therapist (MFT) that focuses on helping children, parents, and families explore their world through the modality of play and relational experience in therapy. The overwhelming feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, and conflict that builds in yourself and relationships can keep you feeling stuck and like there is no way out. Through providing a safe space for you and your child to learn more about themselves and for you to learn more about them, there are endless possibilities to do things differently and find relief.
My focus is on providing family and play therapy using child-centered play therapy with parental support. If your child is struggling and you feel stuck on how to help them, I'm here to work with you and your child by using the power of play to create change towards a healthier way of relating and being.

Anxiety Management Group for School Aged Kids
This group will provide elementary school aged children a safe, social environment to learn tools and build awareness around the experience of anxiety. This group is for ages 7 - 10 and will have up to 4 members. This will be a 6-week series. The location is in Tremont, OH.

Parent Support Group for Anxious School Aged Kids
Parents will increase understanding of their child’s experience of anxiety and feel better equipped to navigate their child's experience by learning coping skills, gathering insight, and receiving support from other parents in similar experiences. This group is for parent's of kids ages 6 - 12 and will have up to 4 members. This will be a 6-week series. The location is in Tremont, OH.
