I am grateful that people are able to trust me to be a part of their story. I want to be able to make a difference in people's lives so they can enjoy the life that was meant for them and be their best self. I graduated NKU in 2019 and have worked with many populations from children to adults, in the community to school based to inpatient psychiatric hospitals.
I have extensive training in trauma and attachment and have worked with individuals with substance use, psychosis, attachment, and dissociation. I am EMDR certified and a trauma specialist. I am working on specialized certification trainings in dissociation and IFS. I also utilize play, sand, ACT techniques as well.
Life happens to all of us, and we all need help with getting back to our best self from time to time and that is what I would like to help you to do when you are ready.
