Hi. I’m Lauren. I am glad you’re here. As a dedicated counselor, I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples through various life challenges and transitions. My approach to counseling is rooted in attachment theory and I use an integrative approach, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University. I bring warmth and empathy to my practice, believing strongly in the therapeutic relationship. This connection fosters a safe space for self-exploration and growth, allowing clients to feel seen and heard.
In session, I may incorporate Mindfulness-based and Narrative theories, as well as focus on your inner child through Internal Family Systems approaches. I specialize in perinatal mental health, which, through my own experiences as a mother, deepened my passion for supporting this population.
