I’m passionate about helping you untangle the stories that keep you feeling stuck.
In my work, I incorporate elements of attachment theory, EMDR, nervous system awareness, self compassion, and somatic (mind-body) connection. I provide tools to manage life, while also exploring some of the deeper patterns we developed that are no longer serving us. I also invite conversations about systems you live in.
My interest areas are working with people navigating religious trauma, people pleasing, self worth, and family of origin exploration or trauma. I believe in a collaborative and relational approach to therapy, knowing I am not the expert on your life, but can offer alternative perspective and knowledge.
