We all have unique lived experiences which impact the directionality and functionality of our daily lives. Processing these moments with a trusted confidant allows the opportunity to identify patterns and create change. As a Clinical Social Worker, I am especially interested in supporting clients as they navigate the stressors associated with life transitions including peer and family conflict, anxiety, academic pressures, behavioral concerns, and emotional dysregulation. Throughout my professional experiences across many settings, I have found that no therapeutic method is one-size-fits-all.
I primarily provide strengths-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adolescents and young adults. I incorporate client supported parent check-ins as needed and believe that conscious and curious parenting strategies are most in line with my clinical expertise.
I am a firm believer that everyone we encounter in this life is a teacher along our unique path. Using a person-centered approach, my goal is to help you understand and cope with cognitive, behavioral and emotional challenges.
