I enjoy working with clients of all ages with a particular focus on children, adolescents, & young adults. In our sessions, we will address challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, family conflict, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. I use a variety of treatment approaches in my therapeutic practice to include: Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Strengths-based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed and person-centered care.
I am very passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and providing all clients with a safe space. I utilize a holistic approach and strive to meet each client wherever they are in their journey, offering empathetic and unwavering support to achieve their personal goals.
I look forward to hearing from you and discussing the next steps to starting your or your loved one's therapeutic journey! I am also the leader of two groups for ages 4-5 & 6-7 that focus on building social & interpersonal skills, impulse control, and conflict-resolution skills. Our groups are welcoming new members throughout the year!

Our group is designed to help members build social skills - including effective communication, personal space, assertiveness, impulse control, and turn-taking. This is an open group & we are currently accepting new members! We strive to create a welcoming and accepting environment for all of the kids to be themselves and practice new skills.
