My experience includes addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger, ADHD, relationship conflict, school-related problems and adjustment disorders. I take a psychodynamic approach and will use elements of CBT and DBT in therapy. Empowering individuals to take an active role in their treatment is a priority for me.
