If you are here, you have most likely spent your life misunderstood and invalidated by family, friends, partners, coworkers, your boss, and your therapist because of your unique wiring. Yes, even your therapist! I am both ADHD knowledgeable and trauma-focused and will work with you to discover how ADHD has contributed to traumatic experiences and traumatic experiences have impacted ADHD symptoms.

I specialize in helping adult women with ADHD and/or Complex Trauma including Childhood Trauma, Domestic Violence, Intimate Partner Violence, Sexual Assault. I am also 12-step knowledgeable and can help you maintain more fulfilling recovery through addressing PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

I value your authentic thought and authentic feeling. I believe that healing trauma first begins with telling your story in a non-judgmental space. I use CBT, DBT and different Trauma Therapies including Trauma Incident Reduction (TIR) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapies to guide you from trauma to tranquility.
